Cordite 35: OzKo – the Australia Korea issue is out

From our friends at Cordite

Cordite's special thirty-fifth issue, showcases new poetry from Australia (OZ) and the Republic of Korea (KO). Over the next three months, this site will play host to a range of new works including poetry in English and Hangul, critical essays, feature articles, interviews, photo essays and blog posts from a total of over seventy contemporary poets and writers.

Timed to coincide with the Australia-Korea Year of Friendship, which celebrates fifty years of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Cordite 35: OZ-KO aims to stimulate creative collaborations between Australian and Korean poets and readers.

Stage One of this special issue - OZ-KO (ENVOY) - is now online and is comprised of new works by twenty Australian poets responding to the theme of Australia-Korea relations. Stages Two and Three will feature works by twenty more poets from both Australia and Korea in English and Hangul. Enjoy!
