A social site for poets in Sydney.
Poet and novelist (and sydneypoetry.com site member) David Musgrave has been shortlisted in the 2011 Prime Minister's Literary Awards in the Fiction list. Congratulations to David. Congratulations also to Roberta Lowing, another Sydney poet and organiser of the PULP readings, who is also on the fiction shortlist.

You know what I notice about these awards... there's no Poetry shortlist!
Sadly still, four years into the award, good poets must resort to writing a novel to make it into the Prime Minister's Literary Awards!
