I’m walking with villains and I’m nervous
My eyes are wide, I cannot blink
Thoughts have been injected into my spine and they will not leave me alone
I think I would be more scared without them
They are what I know
They are my friends
They are my fiends
I’m walking with villains and I’m alone
My stories are dripped in dramatic lust
For saviour
For acceptance
For love
But I’m afraid that the images in my mind of desire will be slayed by brutes
If I do not walk in the opposite direction of my villains

Hey Chloe,

This is thought provoking and powerful. I like the concept of our promordial emotions always jostling with the subconscience. Good work :-)
