THAT'S NO MOON
Star Wars fans amongst you will recall the moment in Star Wars Episode IV when Luke, Han and Obi-Wan realise they're approaching the Death Star.
Luke: He's headed for that small moon.
Ben: That's no moon. It's a space station.
Han: It's too big to be a space station.
Luke: I have a very bad feeling about this.
So too it must have been for John Tranter when he first laid eyes on Australian Poetry Since 1788, edited by Geoffrey Lehmann and Robert Gray. John Tranter: The Gray and Lehmann Death Star.
John Tranter as Obi-Wan... it's possible, and why not! Anyway all this Death Star talk leads inevitably to Eddie Izzard's Death Star canteen skit.
