See that leaf falling from the tree,
to the motions of the wind, falling so free.

Like the spirit of a happy soul you can see the colors change,
it really is something strange.

See how it falls so slowly, so calm, so pure,
heartbeat raising wanting more and more.

Swirling around like there's no tomorrow,
but look a little bit closer and you'll see the sorrow.

What might actually appear so beautiful and rare, is nothing but for our memory to spare.

This once joyful leaf has left it's roots so brave, soon to realize it can't be saved.

See that leaf laying on the ground so thin, had no choice but to give in.
