Lion Heart
When you feel the world upon your shoulders,
and you feel you’re falling apart,
dig deep down within,
and grab your lion’s heart.
When you’ve given it all you’ve got,
and it’s still not enough,
dig deep down within,
and grab you’re lion’s ruff.
When there’s nothing at all inspiring,
and you’ve hit a brick wall,
dig deep down within,
‘cause your lion won’t fall.
When life has treated you unfairly,
and you cannot forgive,
dig deep down within,
and make a lion friend.
If at first you don’t succeed,
don’t fear, the lion will come,
then grab on tight to his mane,
and you’ll find it can be done!
For, the lion is not scary,
he’s your friend, not your foe,
and if you have any doubts,
just stroke him on his toe.
For, deep within our hearts,
we have a lion’s strength,
so do yourself a favour,
just grab your lion’s heart!
