Catherina Behan has been writing poetry for as long as she can remember, being published here and there in her late teens and early twenties. Originally from Ireland, having lived in Australia and Asia, she now calls Sydney her home. She has performed all over Ireland from the local back room bar to the festival stage and been a finalist in both the Dublin and NSW Poetry Slams. She has featured in the acclaimed RTE national radio show Arena, the SoGo Arts Festival, the Flat Lakes Festival, the LGBTQ Pride Festival and Electric Picnic. Her performances are sometimes political, sometimes provocative but always passionate!

Scott Sandwich performs fast-paced rants, readings and awkward hip hop, telling stories about dates, death and the apocalypse. He envisages a world where academic approaches to poetry can live peacefully alongside horrific puns and fart jokes.

He won the FBi Radio Slam, performed as a finalist in the National Slam Finals in 2010, won the 2010 Woodford ‘Wordfood’ Slam Competition, and was runner up at the Nimbin Performance Poetry World Cup in 2011. His latest work The Kalevala (According To Scott Sandwich) has been featured around Finland at TR1 Gallery, (Tampere), Breathing Space (Turku), MUU Gallery, (Helsinki) and the Arteles Creative Centre (Hämeenkyrö).
