Chris Andrews... moved to Sydney from Melbourne in 2009. He teaches at the University of Western Sydney. He has published a collection of poems (Cut Lunch, 2002) and translated fiction by South American writers, including Roberto Bolaño's The Insufferable Gaucho (2010) and César Aira's Ghosts (2009).

 Fiona Wright’s work has been published journals and anthologies in Australia, Asia and the USA. Her poems feature in Best Australian Poems 2008, 2009 and 2010 (Black Inc) and the Toilet Doors Project (2004). Fiona works as an Editor at Giramondo Publishing, and her first collection is forthcoming this year.

The usual Open Mike and Slam will bookend their performances, so come along for an enjoyable evening of stories and poems from your neighbours and some new faces.
