Pip Smith’s first poetry collection Too Close for Comfort (SUP 2013) won the inaugural Helen Ann Bell award. A co-ordinator of the National Young Writers’ Festival in 2012, she writes across various forms and is currently engaged on a novel as a doctoral student at UWS. She recently won a scholarship to attend the Faber Writing Academy.
