Hear Barbara Orlowska-Westwood read from her new chapbooks of poems, Firing Neurons, at 2pm on 2 September, 2010 Inverloch Community Hub, Inverloch, Victoria.

In this chapbook, Barbara Orlowska-Westwood speaks from her experience and those of her Polish family. She writes about her childhood and her family’s life in Poland during the Second World War and later under the communist regime. It's direct and affecting.
