Poems about Sydney (Triassic.....: the first in a sequence)

Hello,

Unfortunately I'm not a Sydneysider. But I love Sydney - it was love at first sight. I had barely left the airport and I was in love. I have travelled to most European countries as well as to several American states and therefore I have seen a lot of cities. But never have I seen a city so fascinating like Sydney. It 's my favourite city in the world. Some people I guess would say I suffer of Sydney-mania. To me, there is no city above and no city beside.

I have written many poems about Sydney. I have uploaded the first  of a sequence of 7 poems, starting when there was no Sydney at the site where it is now. There weren't any humans at that time. The next ones are about the Aborigines and then when the Europeans came. You are going to see how badly I'm "infected".

The one I have uploaded is a pantoum which I think suits well since the river had its repetitive action for millions of years.

Cheers, you lucky ones.

Umm word order is a  worry. For example what does this means: "And I took with me small grains of sand for My masterwoork" This is so repetitive it could have been written in 4 lines. I read it all but still don't have any sense of theme or purpose. I guess that you like Sydney but it is not clear why?
