Event Description

The inaugural sydneypoetry.com bookclub will convene at 7pm on Monday 26th July upstairs at Madam Fling Flongs (aka Soni's – 169 King St, Newtown) to discuss Emma Jones' recent release Striped World.

What you need to do between now and then: read the book, develop an opinion.

Oh and and have a think about what title we should do next!

Comment by Sheila Monaghan on July 25, 2010 at 13:10: Oh man, sorry to bail at basically the last minute, but I just realised I've double booked my Monday night (seriously, how often does that happen?) - and the conflicting appointment actually cost a fair bit.

I'll be sorry to miss this; I really enjoyed reading Jones' work.
