Hello SK Kelen, and welcome to the Sydney Poetry social site.

This is a social site built by the poets (and friends) of Sydney (and surrounds) for the poets (and friends) of Sydney (and surrounds) – and the ACT too of course.

You can:

add poetry events, photos and videos to the site,
add your own poetry in the Member's Poetry section (but just one a day please),
write blog posts (and let us know if already blog so we can add you to the members blogroll)
start topics in the forum,
invite poets you know to join,
comment on just about everything, or
just keep an eye on what's happening.

This being a social site the more we all do here the more interesting it becomes for everyone. While there's no editor deciding what gets published there is just a bit of post facto moderation to keep it clean and on-topic.

I hope you enjoy your time on the site and find it useful, and please let us know what you think.
