Event Description

A beautiful new anthology, NOTES FOR THE TRANSLATORS (ASM, Macau), edited by Christopher Kit Kelen, is being launched next week in Sydney: 7 pm, Monday 8th July at the Friend in Hand pub (upstairs), 58 Cowper St Glebe. The anthology includes poems from an array of acclaimed Australian poets accompanied by short reflections from the poets on how their work might be translated.

Poets featured in the anthology include: Joanne Burns, Anna Couani, Brook Emery, Richard Tipping, Eileen Chong, Beth Spencer, Andy Kissane, Cecilia White, David Musgrave, Alex Skovron, Alan Wearne, Toby Fitch, Pam Brown, Claine Kelly, Billy Marshall Stoneking, Rae Desmond Jones, Mark Roberts andMargaret Bradstock.
