Event Description

For those that missed it last time, Candy Royalle and I will be showing off once again with the opening of our exhibition "Violence", which forms part of the Head On photo festival.

"Violence" delves into the dark, raw and provocative world of Roller Derby.

This unique exhibition combines photography and poetry to chart the violence, passion and fierce kinship of this increasingly popular female sport.

While the launch is on 5 May, the exhibition itself will run until the 20th.

It would be great if you could join us at the opening, check out our first collaboration together, enjoy a glass of wine (or ten) and hear where the project was born and what's become of it. Two other photographers will also be launching their own exhibitions in the gallery that night and so you will also get to check out their work too (extra incentive to come anyway even if you have seen the work at our previous exhibition!!).
